Robert Clark Myer and Daniel P. Havens each had 1/2 interest in this farm. 1950 U. S. Census shows Robert C. Myer as owning a dairy farm on the Barnesville-Beallsville Road. February 15, 1950 DHIA report lists "R. C. Myer" as testing Grade Holsteins.

The 1995 image on GoogleEarth shows a second large milking (cow) barn attached and in parallel to the one that is here today (2018). That barn was gone by 2003; so only one remained until it was torn down around 2018.
Allen Belt was the last owner who ran a dairy operation on that farm (1981 - 1986) . He participated in the USDA Whole Herd Buyout Program in 1986. Allen Belt purchased the farm in 1981 and still owned it at his death in 2016.
Purdum Jamison rented the farm from William Jeweler from ~1962 to 1974; Barron C. Finneyfrock then rented it from 1974 to 1981.
William Jeweler shows up on DHIA test results lists for up to 90 Grade Holsteins and help wanted ads for dairy helpers - Frederick News in 1951 and 1955
