Awards Received:

Edward M. (Eddie) Burdette was inducted into the Maryland Dairy Shrine in 2019.

Eddie Burdette was a member of the 1961 National Champion Maryland 4-H Dairy Judging Team.

Montgomery County Fair 1960 Fitting and Showing Winner - Eddie Burdette.

In March 1974 Marvin L. Burdette received a 50-Year Member plaque from the Maryland and Virginia Milk Producers Cooperative Association in recognition of shipping milk via the assciation to the Washington market for that period. 

Other Comments:

Eddie Burdette grew up on this dairy farm.  Registered Holsteins.  Now a horse farm owned by Sherry Thornley (2015).
