Awards Received:

W. I. (Billy) King was inducted into the Maryland Dairy Shrine in 1982.

William King was a member of the 1941 Maryland 4-H Dairy Judging Team.

Spring Farm Silver King, senior and grand champion bull, and Sutton Oaks Pride Borbo, junior champion bull, both Holsteins shown by W. Lawson King at the 1951 Montgomery County Fair.

Western Maryland Holstein Field Day 1952 - Frederick News article "Montgomery Takes Many Top Honors" - W. L. King and Son awarded the senior and grand champion bull ribbon, junior champion female award, one of the best three females bred and owned by the exhibitor, best uddered cow, junior get of sire, bull 2 and under 3, junior heifer calf, heifer 1 and under 18 months, cow 2 and under 3, and cows 3 and under 4.
